Jaclyn Douma began her writing career with her first book titled Our First Year: Cost Effective Recipes from the Home of Newlyweds and has continued writing her way to live television appearances and published articles of her works. Developing her skills as a writer, the food industry has graciously accepted this dessert obsessed and coffee loving lady as she began writing for Sugar Loco in March of 2012 and took over as Head Editor and Owner from 2013-14. The path of writing has not stopped with a cookbook, weekly food reviews, celebrity interviews and ownership of a nationally read website, no, Jaclyn’s true passions are in marketing. As sole promotional and marketing entrepreneur for her company, Jaclyn has used her skills as a writer to assist many companies throughout the valley.
Crossing paths with Coleen in the fall of 2012 was no mistake. God truly had a plan for these two to meet and build a relationship on a platform of His word, while encouraging one another as both friends and colleagues. Jaclyn oversees all collateral content helping Trinity Cross continue their path of having a faith based company while providing the highest quality of service.
Mother of three and happily married, Jaclyn’s passions fall into the success of businesses she is able to touch. Promoting the dreams of a client which result in the joys of the reader is where Jaclyn finds her inspiration in writing.
